Best Minimalist Note App

As a long time user, Ive always been impressed. On the iPhone, Mac, and web, the interface is uncluttered and accessible. Its replaced stickies and Apple Notes. With the imminent demise of Wunderlist, Im exploring Simplenote more fully. The one feature missing for me is making checklists of tasks with attachments or notes and/or tasks
