I have been using simple note for years and my husband and I always use it! Its great that our notes are syncd and we have never had issues. Great search ability!

I tried so many note apps just to find the one that would be simple, yet organized. Simplenote is amazing. I can concentrate on noting but what I have to write without too many functions or folders in the way. Also, creating a new note is easy, and thats alI need. Sometimes Im not in the studio and i suddenly have an idea for a painting: I open Simplenote, create a new note then tag it so I can find later. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I simply wanted to make notes and sort them alphabetically by title. This was the best option I could find. Very happy with this so far.

Ive been using this app for years to keep my self organized. Its refreshingly simple, the cloud sync just plain works, and Ive never lost anything. Kudos.

Been using this app for ages and it just continues to improve. Love the new dark mode. A great alternative to the built-in Notes app, especially if you prefer plain-text notes.

Simplenote has avoided the temptation of feature-creep and stayed, well, simple. It synchronizes, it shares, it keeps notes. It does one thing, and does it very well. If you want to keep notes across Mac, iPad, iPhone and web, I dont know of a better option. I use it daily, and share notes with my housemates so we have common shopping list, to-do list, and so on. I say "almost perfect" because Id really like markdown support, but thats a minor point.

Been using Simplenote for years and it keeps getting better. I now use it for all my reference materials and quickly finding almost anything is what makes it really great. Ive set it up on my Mac too and use Keyboard Maestro so that I can open it with a global shortcut and start searching, start a new note or pin notes to the top. Everything about the new Simplenote is better. Settings are super-simple. Typeface is perfect. Tags arent shown in the main list. Condensed list view is really nice and good for seeing more at a glance. Totally loving it!

But I would like to see the date of the last save on each entry.

This is hands down the best note taking app. Its very similar to the blackberry memo pad except that it syncs to every device you have. Ive tried switching away to google keep or Evernote always to come back to this app

I am not a fan of big apps that do everything. I prefer several small ones. This is one of them. Its great. It would be perfect if you could print all notes by tags into a single document, avoiding redious copy/paste.

When I am in a note, and hit home button on phone, it doesnt ask for password when I go back in. It used to!! I need the password to always be asked for.

When Evernote decided to basically kill its free version I started looking for a replacement. After trying 5 different options SimpleNote was the best by far. Very easy interface and no bloat. Should have converted earlier.

Very good little app: one of those gems that quietly stays out of the way until you need it, and then it does exactly what you expect.
