Very Good & Simple

This is a great example of how to design an app. Set out your requirements make it easy to use without having to read a manual and have it just work. Whatever I enter appears instantly on all my other devices. I havent found any other app that did that as quickly or as dependably.

Just lost 5 years of notes in the apple notes, should have learned the first time but I didnt see any note apps I liked till now. Would love to see the notes numbered so you know what the running count is, also the date the notes are made would be cool, but even without that, this app rocks. No more crap tied into the stupid cloud or iTunes. Have 3 other devices this is going on, and the apple notes app is going into the group box of apple crap that cant be deleted forever. Thanks for this great app guys

I have used Simplenote from its inception way back. I thought I owe it to the developers to write a review. I have been using Simplenote every day and am completely happy with it. As the name implies its a very simple application with no bells and whistles which is its biggest advantage. Its fast, and the syncing across devices is like magic. I wish syncing for all apps was this seamless.

This is the best note system around. I syncs on my phone, tablet and computer so my notes are always with me, I love how you can tag someone and write in the same note. Brilliant!

This app is great for simple notes. I dont need all the stuff of Evernote, and this a great thin client that works on all my devices.

Im in sales. Hard to navigate other apps so this is the best to open and start calling through the simple hyperlinks that phone numbers create.

I cant imagine how this could be any better. It seems smoother, more reliable, and less buggy than Notes from Apple, plus this works for Windows.

Ive been using Simplenote for such a long time I cant remember the year. Its fast, reliable and feature set is no more or less than one needs to quickly make a note, share, or preview in Markdown. My one request is that there was better way to get a complete archive of my notes.

So to start off I have never made a review before over the several years so that must mean something. I just found out of Simplenote today and long story short it is fantastic! As a first initial test I had my Web Browser, Desktop App, and Phone all on the same note and all ready to be used and everything synced beautifully. Even within seconds of posting a positive feedback on Twitter I had an immediate response. Now thats what I call customer support. I love it and I plan on using it for as long as I need to. Great work Simplenote team. :)

Well deserves its chosen name. I appreciate its clean, elegant design and functionality.

Ive used Simplenote for years, and it remains my central database and sync solution for over a thousand text files. Thanks, guys, and keep up the good work! :-)

If youre looking for a plain and simple note taking app this could easily be the one for you.

Often we need a simple approach to an app, but it is not easily designed, not as easy as one may expect. But this simple note app is a must have for thoughts or ideas which you want to remember and document.

Please QA: * navigation bar behavior when open note (problems: black rectangle, text on the status when it scrolls) Please make markdown rendering like GitHub.

Loads and syncs quickly. Allows basic organization with tags. Simple and just what I need! My only complaint is that tags appear in order created, oldest to newest with no option to change to alphabetical. Not a big deal when still only using just a few tags, but as more tags get added it becomes more and more difficult searching for the tag you want. Since the whole point of tags is to help locate notes more quickly, this can frustrating. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future update? Other than this one issue -Love it! Love it! Love it!
